EasyWayIT provides managed IT services to healthcare organizations subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). When we serve as a Business Associate under HIPAA, our handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) is governed by our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with that client — not solely by this Privacy Policy.
If you are a healthcare organization and engage EasyWayIT for managed IT services, we will execute a Business Associate Agreement with you prior to accessing any systems that may contain PHI. Under that agreement, we are obligated to:
